3.1 Service Technician Certification (CER101)


Description
This training provides hands-on instruction on how to carry out service and maintenance tasks on standard AutoStore modules. You will get an overview of the software, procedures, and guidelines provided by AutoStore that help our partners plan, track and complete service and maintenance jobs.

At the end of the experiential portion of this course, learners will:
- Know how to use the Service Portal
- Understand how to handle spare part and warranty cases
- Know how to carry out maintenance and service tasks on standard AutoStore modules
- Know how to program and upgrade AutoStore modules
